2. The Hi-Reff rewards progam is promoted by Image Solutions and is available to all customers buying products from Image Solutions direct offline operations in UAE (Image Solutions LLC) and India (Image Solutions) or online from hi-browimages.com

3. If entering into this contract on behalf of your company, you agree to have full consent from the decision makers of the company and that all parties are fully aware of the terms and conditions of this contract.

4. Purchases made via any source other than Image Solutions, Image Solutions LLC, hi-browimages.com do NOT qualify for Hi-Reff Points.

5. Customers with special pricing or usage agreements are not eligible to join the Image Solutions Hi-Reff rewards progam without explicit agreement in advance, in writing, from Image Solutions. In the event that permission is granted, certain exceptions and clauses may be applied to the redemption terms and conditions, which will be laid out in the grant letter.

6. You will receive Hi-Reff Points on qualifying purchases at the rate applicable at that period, these rates will be displayed on the Image Solutions website.

7. Qualifying purchases include all discs (including virtual discs), single images & Rights managed images. When you purchase your products you will receive not only the goods but also qualify for Hi-Reff Points. The number of Hi-Reff Points issued may vary between qualifying purchases.

8. Shipping charges, tax and other service charges (e.g. single image rescanning, physical copy of disc charge etc) do not qualify for Hi-Reff Points.

9. For the purpose of applying Hi-Reff Points all qualifying order values will be rounded down to the nearest factor (ie a total order value of $199 will attract 20 Hi-Reff Points).

10. Hi-Reff Points will only be added to a Hi-Reff Points account at the time purchases are made, or at the companys discretion through other means.

11. 1 reward point = US$1, £1, €1 depending on where you are located.

12. Hi-Reff points can be redeemed for voucher value in multiples of US$25.

13. Hi-Reff rewards program members must accrue points equal to at least US$100 before they can begin to redeem them.

14. Hi-Reff Points are assigned to individual members registered on the Image Solutions website, not jointly to company accounts. Hi-Reff Points are not transferable between individual members or accounts.

15 Image Solutions reserves the right to vary the Hi-Reff Points issued on purchases from time to time. Any change will be announced on the Image Solutions website.

16. Hi-Reff is not applicable to arabic collections of Gulfimages & Hi-Brow Arabia.

17. Image Solutions reserves the right to vary the redemption value of Hi-Reff Points for gift vouchers with reasonable warning. Any change will be announced on the Image Solutions website.

18. Third party vouchers can only be posted or emailed to the company address given in your Image Solutions web account registration. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that these addresses are correct and up to date.

19. Hi-Reff Points will only be released and product redeemed when full payment for an order has been received.

20. No cash alternatives are available in exchange for Hi-Reff Points.

21. Hi-Reff Points may only be used to purchase selected products and services highlighted on the Image Solutions website or other products and services made available to scheme members by third party suppliers. All products and services are subject to availability.

22. Certain voucher types may only be available in certain territories. In this event the customer must choose an alternative voucher type.

23. Image Solutions reserves the right to substitute or remove products and services from the scheme, including third party suppliers.

24. If an Image Solutions own-branded product purchased with your Hi-Reff Points is faulty in any way, please return it to Image Solutions. If no alternatives are available and if necessary, the relevant Hi-Reff Points will be re-credited to your Hi-Reff Points account. No cash refunds will be given in these circumstances.

25. Image Solutions shall not be responsible or liable for any product or service that is provided to you by a third party supplier, the provision of which shall be subject to that suppliers terms and conditions. Image Solutions is not responsible for returns or faults with third party items purchased via the Hi-Reff rewards progam. Such returns are the responsibility of the customer and third party supplier.

26. In circumstances where it can be shown a customer has contravened the Hi-Reff rewards program Terms & Conditions, Image Solutions reserves the right to cancel a customer’s membership of the scheme and void all available accrued Hi-Reff points.

27. Image Solutions is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees charged by any third party.

28. The company redeeming products from Image Solutions takes care of the treatment for tax purposes of all Hi-Reff Rewards program. Image Solutions assumes no liability.

29. Any Hi-Reff points left unredeemed will expire after 24 months without prior notice from Image Solutions.

30. Image Solutions reserves the right to make changes to the Terms & Conditions of the Hi-Reff scheme at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website.

31. All 3rd party products are the registered trademark of their respective owners.

32. The Image Solutions Hi-Reff rewards program is not applicable in conjunction with any other Image Solutions offer unless otherwise stated.
